Kreativkiste im Mai - Wendetasche Milly von Pattydoo

Heute ist Zeigetag bei der Kreativkiste. Diesen Monat war die Wendetasche "Milly" von Pattydoo das Thema. Eine schöne Tasche mit Kellerfalten, die in zwei Größen daherkommt. Ich habe mich für die kleine Version entschieden. Die Stoffe sind beide etwas stärker und für normale Patchworkprojekte nicht geeignet - für Taschen aber umso besser. Die Tasche wird mit uns in die USA reisen und für ein kleines Mädchen sein, dass gestern zwei Jahre alt geworden ist. Ja, ihr habt richtig gelesen. Wir machen demnächst Urlaub bei Freunden in den USA. Ich hoffe, im Koffer ist genügend Platz für die Stoffe, die mir im Traum schon entgegen kommen. *ggg*

Today, it's showtime at the KreativKiste. This month's theme was the grocery bag "Milly" by Pattydoo. A really nice bag with box pleats and it comes in two sizes. I chose the little version. The fabrics are thicker than normal patchwork fabrics, but perfect for bags. This bag will travel to the USA as a gift for a little girl, who got 2 years old yesterday. Yes, you read right! We will travel for vacation to the USA and visit good friends of us. I hope, there will be enough space in the suitcase on our way back for all the fabrics I'm dreaming of. *ggg*

Aber nun zurück zur Tasche. Als Gurtband habe ich einen alten schwarzen Gürtel genommen und diesen mit Webband benäht. Dabei habe ich eines meiner Heiligtümer angeschnitten - die rosa Eichhörnchen von Tula Pink. Ich hoffe, der Kleinen gefällt es.

But now back to the bag. I used an old black belt strap for the handles and sewed on woven ribbons. I used one of my sanctuaries - the pink squirrels by Tula Pink. I hope, the girl will like it.

Im Juni fällt die KreativKiste leider aus. Es kommt mir zwar aufgrund unserer Reise entgegen, aber ich hoffe, dass es bald weiter geht.

In June, there won't be a KreativKiste. It fits to me because of our journey, but I hope, there will be another round later on.

ToDo-Liste Mai

Vor ca. 60 min ist die Krabbeldecke fertig geworden und damit auch der letzte Punkt auf meiner April ToDo-Liste abgehakt. Bilder kommen morgen nach. Denn da wird die Decke gleich zu seinem neuen Besitzer umziehen.

60 min ago, I just finished the babyblanket and that was the last point of my April's to-do list. Pictures will follow tomorrow, because the blanket will move to its new owner.

Es ist der 1. Mai und damit Zeit für meine neue ToDo-Liste. Ich hatte eigentlich etwas anderes geplant, aber dann kamen meine Mutter und meine Schwester dazwischen. Es ist gar nicht gut, wenn die beiden zum langen Klöppelwochenende sind. Da bekommen sie regelmäßig neue Ideen, was sie gerne genäht haben möchten. *ggg*

It's the 1st of May and it's time for my to-do list. I had planed something different, but my Mom and my sister went on a long lace making weekend and so they got frequently new ideas, what I can sew for them. *ggg*

Wieder mal eine verspätete KreativKiste

So, mein begonnener FNSI und die KreativKiste für April sind abgehakt. Und die langersehnte Spieluhr ist nun auch fertig. Das Wetter war eben noch so schön, dass ich die Fotos auf dem Balkon gemacht habe.

Ok, today, I finished my FNSI and April's KreativKiste. And also the eagerly awaited music box is finished. The wheather was so fantastic today, that I took the pictures on our balkony.

Die Vorlage ist aus einem Buch oder Heft. Ich weiß leider nicht mehr, wo genau ich sie her habe. Und eigentlich war es ein Osterlamm. Da habe ich einfach die Ohren verlängert und die Schnauze  verändert. Die Ohren und Arme sind angenäht und genietet, damit die kleine Grinsekatze sie auch ja nicht abbekommt. Und damit sie auch nicht den Stoff ausreißen, wurden die Stellen mit Wonder Dots von Snaply verstärkt. Das sind kleine feste Vlieskreise, die aufgebügelt werden. Sie sind fest, aber nicht so fest, dass der Stoff unnötig steif wird an der Stelle. Eine echt tolle Sache!

The pattern can be found in a book or magazine, but I cannot remember where. And actually, the pattern is a Easter lamb. So, I extended the ears and changed the snout. The ears and arms are sewed on and also clinched, so our cheshire cat cannot tear them off. And for not pulling out the fabric the positions are increased with Wonder Dots by Snaply. These are little non-woven interfaces, which can be ironed on the fabric. They are stiff, but not too stiff to stiff the fabric. A really amazing little helper!

Der Ring des Spielwerks ist der Schwanz des Hasens (das Seil geht durch eine Öse - auch verstärkt mit Winder Dots.) und das Herz, die Augen und die Nase sind aufgestickt. Also hoffentlich alles kindersicher. *gg* Auf jeden Fall ist der Ring schon mal ein perfekter Beißring für die Grinsekatze.

The ring of the musical mechanism is the tail of the bunny (the rope is put through a lug - also stiffed with a Wonder Dot) and the heart, eyes and nose are stiched. So, I hope everything is childproof. *gg* Definitely, the ring is a perfect teether for our little cheshire cat.

Nächsten Monat soll die Wendetasche von Pattydoo genäht werden. Echt hübsch und mal schauen, ob ich mitmache. Sie wäre auf jeden Fall was für die Geschenkekiste. :D

Next month, there will be sewn the turn-around bag by Pattydoo. Really nice. Let's see, if I will join in. It would be definitely a nice thing for my gift box.

FNSI im April

es so wird, wie ich es mir vorstelle. Die Ohren sind schon fertig. Gleich mache ich mich an den Körper.

Yesterday was FNSI by Wendy. I didn't really sew much, but my brain was working hard. Now, I know, what the bunny for the KreativKiste will be: the cover of the musical mechanism, which I bought months ago for Rafael. I thought a lot about how it should look. Now, I know it! :) And at the moment, I'm hoping it will look as I imagine it. The ears are finished. I will make the body tonight.

Gestern hatte ich übrigens noch ein wenig Freizeit. Über Mittag konnte ich für ein paar Stunden auf die Kreativmesse hier in Stuttgart. Nach Stoffen habe ich nicht wirklich geschaut, aber nach Werkzeug für Scrapbooking und Stempeln. Das ist ein neuer Virus, der mich seit einiger Zeit erfasst hat. Das macht echt Spaß!

Yesterday, I had some free time. During noon I could go to the creative fair here in Stuttgart. I didn't look for fabric so much, but for tools for scrapbookimg and stamping. That's a new little virus, which got me since some months. That's really fun!

FNSI

Und noch ein kleiner Post für heute. Kommenden Freitag ist schon wieder der dritte Freitag im Moment. Und das bedeutet FNSI bei Wendy von Sugarlane Designs. Ich werde versuchen, den Hasen für die KreativKiste nach zu nähen. Nach Ostern ist ja schließlich auch vor Ostern. ;-)
Macht noch jemand von euch mit?

And another little post today. Next Friday it's the third of this month. And that's why it's FNSI by Wendy of Sugarlane Designs. I will try to sew the bunny for the KreativKiste. After Easter is before Easter, isn't it?! ;-)

ToDo-Liste April 2017

OMG! Schon wieder ein Monat um - und vor allem ein ganzes Quartal! Also auf zur nächsten ToDo-Liste. Dieses Mal, wird sie etwas kleiner ausfallen, denn wir werden unterwegs sein. Rafi wird in meiner Heimatgemeinde getauft. Daher werde ich etwas Zeit ohne Nähmaschine haben.

OMG! Already another month is gone - and also one quarter! So, here is my next todo-list. This time, a little bit shorter than usual, because we will be on the road. Rafi will be christened in my home church. This is why, I will have some time without my sewing machine.

- für die Taufe möchte ich noch kleine Gastgeschenke nähen bzw. falten. Da werde ich auf die Hilfe meiner Mutter zurückgreifen.
- ach ja, und fast hätte ich es vergessen und traue mich fast es ein drittes Mal auf die ToDo-Liste zu schreiben: Die Krabbeldecke soll fertig werden. Das Quilting ist bis auf den Rand fast fertig.

KreativKiste und drei Haken an meiner Liste

Uff! Bevor ich jetzt ins Bett falle, will ich euch noch schnell meinen Beitrag zur KreativKiste zeigen. Thema war dieses Mal FPP - das Foundation Paper Piecing. Alles war möglich. Da ich ja noch ein paar Punkte auf meiner Liste habe, habe ich mich entschieden, "nur" eine Kleinigkeit zu nähen und gleichzeitig noch den Punkt "eine Kleinigkeit für jemanden nähen, der eine kleine Aufmunterung nötig hat" gleich mit zu bearbeiten.

Uff! Before I will fall into my bed and will sleep from this moment (ok, I've already slept and translate my night post for you in the morning), I will show you, what I have sewn for the KreativKiste this month. We should sew something via FPP. Everything was possible and because I also wanted to "sew a little nice thing for someone, who will need a little advertency", I also checked up this point by this.

Martina fragte, ob ich bereit wäre, für eine andere Bloggerin, die leider krank ist, ein Herz zu nähen. Bei so einer ähnlichen Aktion habe ich schon mal mitgemacht und ich weiß, dass es damals sehr gut angekommen ist und diejenige sich sehr gefreut hat. Und da ich immer nach der Devise lebe "das, was du anderen tust, das wird auch dir getan", mache ich so etwas von Herzen gerne mit. In den nächsten Tagen wird dieses Herz sich auf den Weg machen und hoffentlich jemandes Herz etwas erfreuen und vielleicht auch ein wenig Kraft geben.

Martina asked me to sew a heart for another blogger, who is unfortunately ill. I already participated in another round of healthy heart sewing and know, that this quilter was sooo happy about them. And because I live like "what you're doing for others, it will be given back to you one day", I really love to sew this heart. During the next days, it will be on it's way to it's new home to give some joy and some power to get through  a hard time.

Die Vorlage für meinen Herzblock habe ich selber entworfen und bereits beim Hochzeitsquilt und dem passenden Kissen verwendet. Damit der Block nicht gar so winzig daherkommt, habe ich im "normalen" Nähverfahren noch ein paar Low Volumes ergänzt. Ét voilà!

The FPP-pattern is self-made and I used it several times for the wedding quilt and the little fittig pillow. The block is a little bit little, so I added some low volumes via "normal sewing". Ét voilà!

Ich bin schon gespannt, was die anderen genäht haben und fast noch einen Ticken mehr, was im April das Thema sein wird.

I'm curious about the things the others have sewn and maybe a little bit more what will be the theme for April.

PPS: Maybe you ask yourself what will be my third point to be checked? The Mystery's binding got finished yesterday around midnight (otherwise I would have slept earlier). But there will be an additional post for this. The quilt is much to big. ;)

ToDo-Liste März 2017

Heute ist schon wieder der 1. im Monat. Zeit für meine ToDo-Liste! Und wie immer gilt: Alles kann, nichts muss - und wenn ich noch was anderes unter die Nadel hüpft, dann ist es auch gut! :D

Today is the first day of the month. It's time for my monthly todo-list! And as always: Everything can happen, nothing has to - and if something else jumps under my needle, that's also fine! :D

- den Krabbelquilt fertig stellen (Das Projekt übernehme ich einfach aus meiner Februar-Liste)
- ein altes UFO fertig stellen - es fehlt nur noch das Binding (welche Schande, oder? ;) Aber ich bin kein Fan von Bindings annähen. --> Das wird mein OMG diesen Monat)
- für die KreativKiste etwas via Foundation Paper Piecing nähen
- eine gepatchte Tasche für den TSAL2017 (vielleicht nähe ich endlich den 5-Fach-Organizer von Farbenmix? *mmmh*)

Zwei weitere Haken auf der ToDo-Liste

Heute konnte ich zwei weitere Haken auf meiner ToDo-Liste für Februar machen:
- was Herziges für die KreativKiste und
- ein Geschenk für eine gute Freundin nähen

Today, I could check two points of my todo-list fpr February:
- something heartful for the KreativKiste and
- to sew a present for a good friend of mine

Und eigentlich könnte ich damit auch gleich die KreativKiste für März abhaken, denn die Herzen des kleinen Kissens sind via Paper Foundation Piecing entstanden. Aber da wird es noch mal was anderes geben.

And if I would want it, I could also check the theme of the KreativKiste für March of sewing something via paper foundation piecing. But there will be something else for it.

Genäht habe ich ein kleines Kissen 11" x 11") mit den Stoffen des Hochzeitsquilt vom letzten Jahr, denn das Kissen ist für die damalige Braut (nachträglich) zum Geburtstag. Es soll eine kleine Entschädigung dafür sein, dass der Quilt immer noch nicht fertig ist. Aber die beiden haben Verständnis dafür. Die Herzen sind auch genauso genäht wie beim Quilt. Ich habe sie nur nach einer Idee von Gesine von Allie & Me zu einem Kleeblatt angeordnet. Der Stoff in der Mitte ist dann auch das einzige Schnippselchen, dass nicht im Hochzeitsquilt zu finden ist. Auf der Rückseite habe ich einen verdeckten Reißverschluss eingenäht. Das geht dank dem richtigen Füsschen auch recht einfach und schnell. Jetzt bin ich mal gespannt, was die Freundin zu ihrem Geschenk sagen wird.

I've sewn a little pillow case (11" x 11") with the fabrics of the wedding quilt, I'd sewn last year. The pillow will be a birthday present for the bride. It should be a little excuse for the quilt still isn't finished yet. But they know about the reasons and all is fine. The hearts are totally identically made like the hearts of the quilt. I just arranged them like a clover. I'd seen this at Gesine's blog Allie & Me. Only the fabric in the clover center wasn't used in the wedding quilt. Atthe back, I've insert a hidden zipper. It's really easy and fast done with the right sewing foot. And now, I'm curious about my friend's reaction.

ToDo-Liste für Februar

Heute konnte ich die restlichen Dreiecke alle zusammennähen. Man hat das Muster einen Schwund in der Breite infolge der vielen Nahtzugaben - von 100cm auf etwas über 83cm. Wahnsinn, oder? Ok, da stoßen viele NZ zusammen und aufgrund des Winkels ist es auch gleich mehr als nur ein 1/4", aber soooo viel?! Naja, also muss ich noch einen Rand ergänzen.

Today, I could sew the rest of the triangles together. OMG! The width is really shrinking enormously because of the pattern - from 39.4" to 33"! All because of the many seam allowances and they are more than 1/4"... crazy, isn't it? Ok, then I will have to add an border to get near to my wished width.

Und hier meine persönliche ToDo-Liste für Februar. Und erschreckt nicht! Sie ist lang, aber auf jeden Fall lösbar (bis aufdir Krabbeldecke vielleicht), denn es sind alles kleine Projekte, die ich da angehen will. Also kein Stress in Sicht. Außerdem: wenn ich was nicht schaffe, dann ist es so. Ich habe ja dann einen guten Grund dafür. ;)

And now, my personal todo-list for February. Don't be afraid of the count. All projects are little one and I think, I can check out everything (ok... maybe the baby blanket won't be finished in the end of this month). So, no stress for me! And if I don't finish them, it will be ok either. I have a good reason if I won't, haven't I? ;)

Sew Alongs etc. in 2017

Ich wünsche euch allen schon einmal ein wunderschönes neues Jahr! Aber bevor wir hineinrutschen will ich euch noch was über meinen Vorsatz für 2017 erzählen. 

I wish you all the best for the upcoming year! And before we will start into it, I like to tell something about my purpose. 

Vielleicht bin ich ja etwas übermütig in Anbetracht dessen, dass unser kleiner Wurm immer aktiver wird, ... aber versuchen will ich es doch! Mein Vorsatz für 2017 lautet an ein paar SAL und QAL teilzunehmen. da man ja keinen Eid leistet alles mitzumachen, sehe ich das ganz entspannt. Wenn mir etwas gefällt, dann werde ich versuchen es zu nähen. Wenn nicht, dann nicht. Und wenn doch, aber die Zeit fehlt, vielleicht später! :D

Maybe I am a little bit too ambitious although I know our little boy is getting more and more actively, ... but I will give it a try! My purpose for 2017 is to participate in some SAL and QAL. You don't have to swear an oath to do every single step, so I'm totally relaxed. If I like it and if I will have the time, I will sew it. If I don't like it, I won't. And if I like it without having time, I will try to do it later. :D

1. FNSI - Friday Night Sew In by Wendy
Jeden 3. Freitag im Monat wird (virtuell) zusammen genäht, gestickt, gestrickt... Alles kann, nichts muss! Unter allen Teilnehmern verlost Wendy immer eine süße Kleinigkeit.
Every month's third Friday there is a group of creative people sewing, knitting, stitching together... Everything can, nothing has to! And Wendy is making a give-away with a little nice thing.

2. KreativKiste by Alexandra und Andrea
Letztes Jahr von den beiden ins Leben gerufen. Jeden Monat wird eine Kleinigkeit genäht, die schnell geht. Vorschläge machen darf jeder. Es ist immer wieder faszinierend, wie unterschiedlich die gleiche Sache aussehen kann.
Last year created by these two girls. Every month there will be sewn a little thing, which can be done fast. Suggestions can be given by everyone. It's really fascinating how one thing can look so different.

3. Taschen-SAL (TSA2017) by Katharina und Katharina
Jeden Monat wird ein anderer Taschentyp genäht. Welches Pattern bleibt euch überlassen. Da ich ja doch immer wieder und gerne Taschen nähe, dieses Mal in Must-Have.
Every month there will be sewn another type of bag. Which pattern you choose is up to you. And because I love to sew bags, this time a must have.

4. 6 Köpfe - 12 Blöcke by Katharina und Co.
Noch ein SAL von Katharina von Greenfietsen (und noch ein paar Mädels). Jede stellt zwei klassische Blöcke übers Jahr verteilt vor. Meine Idee war ja gleich wieder von 12" auf ein Mini-Format zu gehen - ähnlich wie beim Christmas Tree von Aylin. Mal schauen, ob das klappt.

Another SAL by Katharina by Greenfietsen (and other girls). Everyone will show two traditional blocks through the year. My idea is to shrink the blocks like I did with the Christmas Tree by Aylin. Let's see if it works.

5. The Honey Pot Bee by Molli Sparkles
Auch ein QAL wie zuvor, nur aus Australien und laut Molli ohne Regeln, ohne Bedingungen und überhaupt *gg*. Ich mag seine unkonventionelle Art. Noch Fragen? Schaut einfach mal auf die FAQ.
Also a QAL like above, but hosted from Australia and as Molli says without any rules, conditions or anything. I like his funky style. Do you have some questions? Just take a look at his FAQ.

Erste Weihnachtsnähereien und eine späte Kreativkiste

Vor zwei Wochen war ich mit einer Freundin und Rafael bei unserer persönlichen Stoffdealerin. Leider macht der Laden ja in einigen Wochen zu und so gibt es jetzt schon einen ordentlichen Rabatt. Beim Stöbern haben wir ein weihnachtliches Deckchen gesehen. Das Prinzip ist ziemlich simpel und so haben wir beschlossen, dass es ein wunderbares Projekt für eine Nähanfängerin (meine Freundin) und eine junge Mutter mit begrenzter Nähzeit (mich) wäre. Also schnell ein paar schöne Weihnachtsstoffe zusammenstellen und dann konnte es bei mir schon mal losgehen, wenn der Kleine schläft. (Ich schreibe übrigens gerade während der Kleine im Tragetuch vor meinem Bauch schläft. *gg*)

Two weeks ago, a friend of mine, Rafael and I visited our personal fabric dealer. Unfortunately, she willclose the shop at the end of the year and because of this, there are huge discounts. During poking we found a nice little christmas mat. it's really simple to sew and by this we decided, that it would be a perfect christmas project for a totally sewing beginner (my friend) and a newborn mom without much time to sew (me). So, we searched for some nice christmas fabrics. I could already start, if the little boy was sleeping. (I'm writing while Rafael is sleeping in his wrap at my belly, by the way. *gg*)

Also schnell Streifen geschnitten, neu sortiert und wieder zusammengenäht. Dann aus den Streifen Hexagons schneiden und mit dünnem Vlies hinterbügeln. Nun den Rückseitenstoff entsprechend größer auch in Hexagonform zuschneiden, Kanten umbügeln (Ich habe dafür eine Kantenformer - sehr hilfreich bei dem weichen Leinenstoff!) und dann die überstehenden Ecken nach vorne klappen. Diese knappkantig festnähen und nach Belieben mit einem schönen Effektgarn (bei mir ein dunkelrotes Metallicgarn) noch einmal betonen. Und schon ist ein Tischset - Untersetzer - Weihnachtsdeckchen (sucht euch aus, was es für euch ist) fertig!

So, cut some strips, arrange and sew them together again. After this, cut a hexagon and iron a thin batting at the back. Now, cut a bigger hexagon out of the backing, press the edges (I used a edge shaper - a very helpful tool for the soft linen!) and fold the overlapping corners to the front. Fix them with a narrow edge seam and highlight the edge with a nice thread (I used a dark red metallic thread). And by these little steps you will get a placemat - mat - little christmas blanket (decide which is the best description fits best to you)!

Und da es auf jeden Fall in irgendeiner Art ein Untersetzer ist, geht das noch einmal schnell zur Kreativkiste von Alexandra und Andrea! Nächsten Monat wird ein Sternenkissen nach einer Anleitung von Pattydoo. Das werde ich auch nähen - als Weihnachtsgeschenk für eine Freundin. :)

And because it's a mat in any way, this star will be launched at the "Kreativkiste" by Alexandra and Andrea! Next month a star pillow by a pattern by Pattydoo will be sewn and I will surely join to sew a christmas gift for my bff.

Kreativkiste vs. Nestbau

Heute ist Zeigetag bei der KreativKiste. Diesen Monat war die "Aufgabe" eine Projektmappe zu nähen. Da ich aber im Moment eher dem "Nestbau" verfallen bin, wie Jeannette sich so schön ausdrückte (in den nächsten Tagen gibt's dazu auch einen Post - versprochen!), werde ich euch an dieser Stelle einfach noch mal meine Mappen zeigen, die ich bis jetzt genäht habe (die Bilder sind zu den entsprechenden Posts verlinkt). Zwei habe ich noch selber hier und nicht verschenkt und nutze sie auch gerne - z.B. beim Tula Pink Blöcke nähen. Da ist es wirklich sehr hilfreich gewesen, die vielen Blöcke gut und sicher verstaut zu haben.

Today, it's showtime at the "KreativKiste". This month's project was to sew a project bag. At the moment, I got totally into nest-building, like Jeannette called it (I will post it the next days - promised!). So, I will show you now all my project bags, I've already sewn (the pictures are linked up to the posts). They are so helpful. Two of them are still mine and I like to use them - e.g. for my Tula Pink blocks, so all the blocks were stored safty.

Schaut euch auch mal die anderen Projektmappen an! Alexandra hat sie wieder alle verlinkt - vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Dich, Alexandra!!! Nächsten Monat setzen wir eine Runde aus - die Kreativkiste geht in Urlaub. Mir kommt das entgegen, denn im September habe ich doch noch ein wenig was anderes vor. ;P

Heute ist wieder regulärer Zeigetag bei der KreativKiste. Diesen Monat wurde mein Vorschlag geäht - ein Utensilo (mit Trennung in der Mitte). Ich habe schon seit längerem die Anleitungen von Noodlehead auf meinem PC liegen. Sie hat ein paar Euronen gekostet, ist aber absolut ihr Geld wert. Das Devided Basket soll für unseren Wurm sein. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass man darin z.B. wunderbar die Sachen zum Windeln wechseln unterbringen kann und noch diverses anderes Kleinzeug. Auf der einen langen Seite gibt es zwei aufgesetze Taschen. Den Tierstoff habe ich schon länger rumliegen und ich liebe ihn! Sind die Waschbären z.B. nicht süß? Gefüttert ist das ganze Ding mit Soft'n'Stable. Zum Nähen ist es für mich immer noch etwas "sperrig", aber das Ergebnis ist wunderbar stabil und trotzdem weich. Eben Soft'n'Stable! ;)

Today it's the rgulare showtime at the "KreativKiste". This month, my suggestion had been sewn - a utensilo (with a devider in the middle). For a long while, I already have this tutorial by Noodlehead at my pc. It costs a some Dollars, but it's totally worth. The Devided Basket will be another thing for our little worm. I think, it will be perfect to store all the things for changing diapers and all the other little stuff you will need. At one side, there are two patch pockets. The animal fabric is an old one and I love it! The racoons are soooo cute, aren't they? The basket is lined with Soft'n'Stable. The sewing is still a little bit "difficulty" for me, but the result is so wonderful.

Ich werde bestimmt noch zwei weitere Utensilos in den nächsten Wochen nähen, denn Ende August und Ende Oktober erwarten zwei Freundinnen auch noch Nachwuchs - beides Mädels. Irgendwie scheinen wir dieses Jahr den einzigen Jungen zu erwarten. ;)

I will surely sew two other baskets the next weeks, because in the end of August and end of Octobre, two friends are expected to give birth, too - both girls. Somehow, it seems, we are the only one to expect a boy. ;)
