Also schnell Tante Google gefragt. Also ab ins Auto und schnell hin.

I gain you some pictures of the exhibition in Baltmannsweiler. (And because I can use my own laptop today without being nerved (my husband watches Alien2 ... *brrr*) I'm taking my chance.) You've never heard of this town? Me neither until the mid of September. But Sue by Sue's Quiltshop indicated me, that on 19./20.09.2014 there would be a quilt-exhibition and that she would have a little booth there. So quickly ask aunt Google. The village is behind Esslingen and to far away from our hometown. So into the car and go. I had no adress, but thought, that it couldn't be to hard to find the exhibition at this little town and by this it was perfectly signposted. It was an event of the local quilting bee and you could get coffee and cake, too. And now, please take e deep breath, because there will be "just a few" pictures. Who doesn't want to see them, can start looking the other way right now. ;o) Have fun!

New York Beauty

Hallo ihr Lieben! / Hello my dears!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments about my last posts!
Today, we should show our NYB-blocks. I had plotted and cut the paper-pieces and then I thought: Stop! I have bought a quilt-design-software in the mean-while and so I can create my own NYB-block, don't I?! And that is the result:

OK, it's not really working, but you can see the way, don't you? *gg* So, there isn't a block made of fabric. But I will try on and will deliver at a later stage. Hopefully, I can use my notebook more often (my husband has no new PC unfortunately) and then I touch-and-go. By the way - I bought QuiltPro 6 in German. Susanne Fröschle by Sue's Quiltshop (link at the left side) has translated the software by her own and sells it.
