Mystery III

In den letzten Wochen hatte ich sehr wenig Zeit zum Nähen. Am Donnerstag Abend habe ich noch schnell meinen Mystery weitergemacht. Aus den schnellen Dreiecken werden jetzt "broken dishes" und daraus teilweise noch Sterne. Das wird echt bunt.

In the past weeks I hadn't much time to sew. So, on Thursday I continued my mystery-quilt a little bit. The "half square triangles" became "broken dishes" and some of them were put together to stars. That will be a really colorful quilt.

Mystery II

In meinem vorletzten Post habe ich euch gefragt, was ihr auf dem Foto seht. Irres Licht lag gar nicht so schlecht. Es sind allerdings keine Reste von Flying Geese, sondern von schnellen Dreiecken für meinen Mysteryquilt.
In der letzten Woche war ich dreieinhalb Tage in München. Da habe ich gaaanz viele grüne Quadrate geschnitten und die Diagonalen markiert. Heute habe ich dann mal gaaanz viele Schnelle Dreiecke genäht. Gleich werde ich sie noch auseinander schneiden und noch mehr Schnippsel produzieren. Aber bevor ich dieses Projekt quilten kann, wird wohl noch viel Wasser den Rhein runter laufen.

In my the last but one post I asked you, what you can see at the picture. Irres Licht was really near to the solution. But it wasn't the rest of flying geese, but rather the rest of "fast triangles" (is this the right name in English?) for my mystery-quilt.
During the past week I spent three and a half days in Munich. I cut so much green squares and marked the diagonals. Today I have sewn so much fast triangles. In a little while I will cut them apart and will produce again more little rests. Until I can quilt this project, I think a lot of water will have flown under the bridge before. ;o)
