Letztes Wochenende war ich mit einer Freundin bei der Ausstellung der Black Forest Quilter in Böblingen. Die Black Forest Quilter (auch BFQ genannt) ist eine ziemlich große Gruppe, die immer zu 51% aus Mitgliedern mit SOFA-Status (Zur Erklärung
*hier* klicken!) bestehen muss. Somit ist der Einfluss an amerikanischen Quilts recht groß. Ich fand die Ausstellung sehr schön und ganz anders als unsere die Woche zuvor. Die Ausstellung war so groß, dass ich euch hier nur einen Auszug zeigen kann. Dank einem Tipp von Jeannette sind es doch mehr als gedacht. Richtig lustig fand ich die Schilder zum Thema "Don't touch the quilts!" - aber schaut selbst.
Last weekend, I visited the exhibition of the Black Forest Quilter with a friend in Böblingen. The Black Forest Quilter (also named BFQ) is a real big group, which has to be consist at least of 51% members with SOFA-status (for explination click *here*). So, there is a big influence of American quilts. I liked the exhibition so much and it was totally different to ours. The exhibition was so big, I cannot show you all quilts. Thanks to Jeannette, I can you show more than expected. I really loved the signs concerning "Don't touch the quilts!" - but have yourself a look.
