Patchworktage in Dinkelsbühl III - Alle guten Dinge sind drei

Ein letztes Mal möchte ich euch heute Bilder von den Patchworktagen in Dinkelsbühl zeigen. U.a. war ich noch in der Ausstellung der Damen, die bei der Gilde die Ausbildung zur Kursleiterin gemacht haben. Sie zeigten ihre Werke, die während der Ausbildung entstanden sind. Tolle Werke! Besonders der Fisch-Kaleidoskop-Quilt ist genial. Aus dem einen Stück Stoff, das ihr auf dem einen Foto seht, sind alle Hexagons genäht worden - einfach genial! (sorry, mir fällt gerade nichts anderes dazu ein *gg*)
For the last time I like to show you somem pictures of the Patchworktage at Dinkelsbühl. Amongst others I visitied the exhibition of the ladies, who had been trained to be a class-teacher by the guilde. The showed their work, which they had been created during their education. Really beautiful arts! Especially the fish-kaleidoscope-quilt is genious. From the little piece of fabric, which you can see at one picture, all other hexagons have been made - simply genious! (sorry, I don't know a better word at the moment *gg*)

Im Vorraum hing noch eine tolle Zusammestellung von Quilts, die zusammen einen schönen Regenbogen ergeben. Und ihr wollt doch sicherlich auch noch wissen, was ich alles hübsches geshopt habe. ;o) U.a. habe ich mir sogenannte Gabelnadeln gekauft. Sie sollen helfen, beim Zusammennähen von Blöcken das Verrutschen untereinander zur verhindern. Mal gucken, ob sie mir beim Tula Pink City Sampler helfen. In der Schranne war die Ladenstraße und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht mit Schröders von Stoff Art  und Ursel Josef-Kirschbaum und ihren Ehemann von QuiltCabin zu schnacken. QuiltCabin werde ich dann hoffentlich schon nächste Woche wiedersehen, wenn meine Gesundheit es mit macht und auf das Sommerfest von StoffArt im Juni freue ich mich besonders, denn dann sehe ich auch meine Family und Jeannette wieder.
At the entry there was a beautiful collection of quilts, which make together a beautiful rainbow. And I think, you will surely get to know, that I had shopped, do you? ;o) Inter alia I bought some fork needles. They shall help to pretend slipping between blocks, when they are sewn together. Let's see, if they will help at my Tula Pink City Sampler. At the Schranne there was the "shopping-mall" and it was so much fun to meet the Schröders by Stoff Art  and Ursel Josef-Kirschbaum and her husband by QuiltCabin and to talk to them. I will meet QuiltCabin at Karlsruhe next week, if I will be in the pink. And I'm so glad to go to the summer festival by StoffArt in June, because I will meet my family and Jeannette again.

Ach, und in einem anderen Gebäude gab es noch ein paar tolle 3D-Arbeiten. Die will ich euch natürlich auch nicht vorenthalten.
And at another building there were some great 3D-quilts. I surely won't hold back them.

Patchworktage in Dinkelsbühl II

Da bin ich wieder... Habt vielen lieben Dank für Eure lieben Kommentare! Und wie versprochen, kommen nun noch ein paar Bilder aus Dinkelsbühl. Ich habe ja nicht alle Ausstellungen besuchen können, aber die Quilts, die ich gesehen habe, waren sehr schön. Hier nun Bilder der Arbeiten von Tina Mast und Heike Dressle. Wunderschöne Farben und Arbeiten - ganz besonders und inspirierend! Schaut mal die Wirkung der Quilts durchs Quilten an und wie genial die Quilts gearbeitet sind. Habt ihr schon einmal solche akurat genähte spitzwinklige Nähte gesehen? Der Wahnsinn!

Here I am again... Thank you sooo much for your gently comments! And how I promised you, here are some additional pictures from Dinkelsbühl. I couldn't visit all exhbitions, but the Quilts I have seen, are all very beautiful. Here are the pictures of  the works by Tina Mast and Heike Dressle. Amazing colors and quilts - so especially and inspiring! Have a look at the effect of these quilts by the quilting and how genious they are made. Have you ever seen such accurate done acute-angled seams? Gorgeous!!!

Patchworktage in Dinkelsbühl I

Gestern sind sie gestartet -  die Patchworktage 2015 in Dinkelsbühl. Wer noch in der Nähe ist und morgen .. äh heute ... Zeit hat, sollte hinfahren UND bequeme Schuhe anziehen. Dinkelsbühl ist ein wunderhübsches altes Städtchen mit Stadtmauer etc. und deswegen auch nur Kopfsteinplfaster. Ich hatte wegen des anhaltenden Regens nicht meine Sneakers anziehen wollen sondern meine Boots mit etwas Absatz - taktischer Fehler. *gg* Aber das war egal! Die schönen Quilts und das Treffen vieler alter und neuer Bekannter hat das allemal wett gemacht!
Yesterday, it started - the Days of Patchwork 2015 at Dinkelsbühl. To everyone, who is nearby and has a free day tomorrow ... upps today... should go there AND took some comfortable shoes. Dinkelsbühl is a very old little town with a city wall and for this only cobblestone pavement. I didn't wear my sneakers because of the neverending rain. I weared my boots with heels...tactically error *gg* but I didn't care! The beautiful quilts, I have seen, and meeting old and new acquaintances compensate it!

Angefangen mit Elaine von unsere MQG Stuttgart und ihrem Mann, mit denen ich gleich am Anfang mal in einem netten Café bei leckerem Mohnkuchen den Hunger stillen konnte, über Kathrin von unseren Stichlingen am Stand von Quilt Cabin. Über eben die lieben Besitzer von Quilt Cabin und StoffArt aus Uelzen, wo ich am Schluss noch wieder vorbeigeschaut und fleißig geschnackt habe über alles und nichts. Weiter über Martina, Katrin (vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für den Fingerhut), Nana, Alexandra, Eva, Monika und noch die lieben anderen Blogerinnen, die ich kennenlernen durfte. Es war sooo schön! Mit Martina habe ich z.B. Nanas Ausstellung besucht und ein äußerst leckeres Eis gegessen. Alexandra habe ich erst verpasst und dann hat es zum Schluss zum Glück doch noch mit dem Treffen geklappt (vielen lieben Dank, liebe Alexandra, für den einen Euro - meine persönliche Retterin an dem Tag! ;)
Starting with Elaine, one lady of our MQG Stuttgart and her husband, with whom I could satisfy my hunger in a nice littel café with a very delicious poppy cake, over to Kathrin of the Cannstatter Stichlinge at the QuiltCabin's stand. Over to the really lovely owner of QuiltCabin and StoffArt, to whom I returned at the end and talked a lot with. So, over to Martina, Kathrin (thank you again for the thimble), Nana, Alexandra, Eva, Monika und all the over blogger, which I was able to get to know. It was such a great day! With Martina, I vistited the Nana's exhibition and ate a very delicious ice cream. I missed Alexandra on my first try, but at the end, we met each other (thank you soooo much, Alexander, for the Euro - my personal hero for the day! ;)
